    I personally love this chair – so far at least! It was easy to put together, seems really sturdy (especially given the price), and is comfortable. I work from home so having a good chair to sit on for 7+ hours a day is very important. This chair lived up to that need and seems to be a really good purchase. I do love that the chair is firm, but not too hard and the back is mesh so you don’t get too hot. It does also have a head rest, and leans back for added comfort. The arm rests to move so you can adjust as needed, and you can also higher or lower the chair. Overall, I would recommend this to someone looking for a good chair at a good price. If you are using it on carpet – I do recommend a mat as it is hard to move on carpet but you would have that with any chair.

    The chair is absolutely gorgeous! I bought 3, one for each member of my household. My brothers are 6’+ with an athletic build. Both have raved about how comfortable and supportive the chairs are.

    Pros:
    + The seat cushion is thick and comfortable. Sitting for hours is no problem
    + Back support is top tier no matter your height. I am 5’5”. The back support for me is great, and my brothers say it is great for them as well.
    + The headrest attachment adjust up and down as well as the actual headrest can be moved so you can find the perfect angle for your head to rest. This was a huge plus for us.
    + The fabric is breathable so I don’t find myself getting hot like I do in my Corsair gaming chair
    + VERY easy assembly, very intuitive.
    + Made of great materials
    + Adjustable arm rests fits underneath my standing desk

    Cons
    + Wheels are not hardwood safe. They will scratch most surfaces so I bought a set of office chair wheels that are hardwood safe; they went right into the base with no issue (easy to swap out if needed)

    + color of the arm rests with the gray chair. For some reason, the color of the arm rests are the same no matter what color you get. Looks great with the white and black chairs I bought, but looks a bit off with the all gray and white desk chair

    Overall these cons are very small. The chairs are amazing. We love them. The customer service is also great. It was easy to activated the 1yr warranty.

    I would emphasize the reliability and durability of this product. I have been using the chair for 9 months and cannot be happier with this product. The product can be assembled easily. The chair is ergonomic providing a comfortable sitting experience. I can sit and work for hours without any problems. The adjustable armrest is a very valuable feature not offered by many similar products. The lumbar support and the reclining function work well and offer excellent backrest. The headrest is also something that I was looking for in choosing an office chair. This chair headrest works great for me.

  5. Great Addition to any Office or Gaming Setup –

    Have used this chair for 3 months now. Seat was half an inch higher on left side than the right side, and yes it is definitely noticable when sitting. It’s likely due to their poor QA not ensuring that the frame under the foam was completely even and uniform.

    I also have concerns about the lifespan of the foam. Not sure how long it can stay soft before it becomes more compressed.

    UPDATE: Seller has reached out and offered to replace my seat foam for free. This should fix the uneven seat problem. Great customer service makes this a safe purchase.

  6. Great Addition to any Office or Gaming Setup –

    Bought this chair for gaming (ttrpg/PC gaming). My gaming sessions average 3 hours and I have no trouble sitting comfortably in this chair for that long. I appreciate all the customizability. I also appreciated the lumbar support. However, I should mention that one of my friends picked up one of these chairs after me and didn’t enjoy the lumbar support. The only thing I could think to improve on this chair is the base. I’m a 200 pound 5’10” guy and I found the base wide. Not a major issue at all but it seems like it is designed for someone bigger than me.

    Easy to assemble. I took my time and it took about 30 minutes. All tools and screws required are included. It’s comfortable to sit on. The seat is wide and comfy. I’m 6’1” and 190# and the seat is great. Arm rests are comfortable. Height adjustment is easy to use. It could easily handle a bigger and taller person. My wife (much smaller 😆) likes it too. The metal frame seems sturdy. The seat materials are okay, not super nice, but good enough. We’ll need to see how it holds up. Seems like a reasonable chair for the price. Included delivery with Amazon Prime was great!!!
